How soon will I have my captain armband?
Every armband is made in Zoetermeer (the Netherlands) as soon as you order and shipped within two working days, with track & trace. Shipping costs depend on your country; you'll see them in your cart.
Can I exchange or return a captain armband?
You can return a standard armband within 14 days of receipt; the cost of sending it back is yours. A standard armband is one from the collection that you order as it is, without changing anything in the design. Custom work can never be returned: an armband you adapted in the designer (text, colours or elements), your own design, a name or number per armband and club and match packages are made to your wishes. If something is wrong with your armband, contact us and we will sort it out. Everything is on the Returns page.
Do you ship outside the Netherlands?
Yes. We ship to all of Europe and the rest of the world, except to countries under sanctions. You'll see the shipping costs in your cart as soon as you choose your country.
