- How long does it take before my armband arrives?
- We make your armband in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands, as soon as you order and ship it within 2 working days. If you have us check your design first, those days count from your approval. Once it is on its way, you can follow it via Track your order.
- Can I return my captain armband?
- Only standard armbands can be returned: an armband from the collection ordered unchanged, within 14 days of receipt; the cost of sending it back is yours. Custom work — an armband you adapted in the designer, your own design, a name or number per armband, or a package — is made to your wishes and cannot be returned.
- Do you ship abroad?
- Yes, we ship to 237 countries. What shipping to your country costs, you see at checkout, before you pay. Within the Netherlands shipping is free from €50.
