Withdrawal form

Would you like to withdraw from an order? You can do so within 14 days after receiving the order, without giving any reason. Send this completed form by e-mail to shop@captainarmbandgroup.com or by post to the address below. A message of your own containing the same details is also fine. The right of withdrawal applies only to standard armbands: armbands from the collection ordered unchanged. Custom work is not covered and can never be returned: an armband adapted in the designer (text, colours or elements), your own design, a name or number per armband, and club and match packages (article 10 of the general terms and conditions).
